We will work with whatever software you use. Our team is familiar with every single software out there. However, you do not need to have a credit repair software to work with us.
Since we are responsible for creating and managing your client's disputes, having a credit repair software is no longer necessary for you and you can save the expenses you have related to it.
CRJ Automations will replace your need for your a credit repair software while still giving you all of the tools you'd need to manage leads, enroll new customers, have automated onboarding, plus much more!
We work on a “credits” system. You will purchase credits from us and anytime we process a round of disputes for a client, 1 credit will be used.
The price you pay per credit is based on how many credits you buy at a time. The more you buy, the cheaper you can get them for. Here’s the breakdown:
5 credits = $25 each
10 credits = $25 each
20 credits = $25 each
50 credits = $20 each
100 credits = $17 each
250 credits = $15 each
***CERTIFIED MAIL CREDITS*** = $20 each
There is a $147/month subscription to keep your account active. This subscription will give you access to the CRJ Automation system, which allows you to outsource your clients.
Your $147 subscription includes your first 5 clients processed for free every month. Credits are only needed after your 5 free clients have been processed.
1 credit covers ALL DEROGATORY ITEMS being disputed with ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS.
It is NOT 1 credit per item and it is NOT 1 credit per bureau. It’s 1 credit per round which includes all items being disputed with all 3 bureaus.
Direct to creditor/collector letters costs 1/4 of a credit per creditor/collector (0.25).
For example, let’s say you’d like to send a letter directly to Capital One and Portfolio Recover; You’d spend half of a credit (0.5 credits) for those two letters.
If you’d like to send a letter to Capital One, Bank of America, Midland Funding, and Portfolio Recovery, you’d spend a total of 1 credit for those four letters (0.25 credit per creditor/collector).
1 certified credit covers certified mail to ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS.
1/3 of a certified credit covers certified mail directly to a single furnisher.
Yes! Our outsourcing services are optional!
Many of our clients still prefer to handle their own disputes and customer service while still being able to leverage the power of our software to automate most of their business!
The $147 per month is for your software subscription, which includes the optional use of up to 5 of your clients to have their disputes processed by our team.
When you enroll, we are going to give you access to your credits tracker inside your CRJ Automations software where you’ll be able to keep track of your credits in real time.
Any time you purchase credits, we will add credits to your account.
Any time we process a client, we will subtract a credit and add their name and date to the tracker.
This way you will always know how many credits you have and how they’re being used.
Yes! All you have to do is input your client inside the software and ensure their profile is completed, documents uploaded, and credit monitoring login information are accessible. We do the rest!
We will load the negative items into the software, create the dispute letters, print them, stuff them, mail them, and update the results in the client’s profile at the end of every round.

We will dispute every single derogatory item that shows up on the client’s credit reports with Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.
Inquiries, Late payments, Charge Offs, Collections, Repossessions, Foreclosures, Short Sales, Bankruptcies, Child Support etc…
As long as it's a derogatory item, we will dispute it.
Yes! However, only upon your request.
Our standard process will always be to dispute with the 3 credit bureaus only.
If you’d like to dispute directly with the creditors/collectors, simply leave us a note inside the client’s profile and we will make sure to dispute with them as well.
If you'd like for us to automatically dispute directly with the creditors/collectors, simply let us know what rounds you'd like for us to include furnisher disputes and our team will follow that process.
Yes! If you have any clients that you'd like for us to send their letters via certified mail, all you have to do is leave us a note in the client's profile and our team will make sure that their letters are sent via certified mail.
If you have an existing standard process of sending certified mail for certain rounds, just let our team know and we will automatically implement that process.

We are going to give you access to your very CRJ Automations software! All you will have to do is simply change the client's status to “Submit To Outsourcing” and we will make sure the client gets processed within 1 business day.
With our customer service outsourcing services, we are going to answer every single inbound call that comes into your company and we will make monthly outbound calls to all of your clients to give them an update on their program.
We will onboard all of your new customers ensuring that all necessary information and documents are collected from them to start their program.
We will handle all communication received from your customers via emails and messages.
We will handle any credit monitoring issues that your clients may have like failed payments, username and password issues, etc...
We will also handle all of your billing. We will chase your money for you! We will collect payments, reschedule failed payments, and handle anything else related to billing.

Our pricing is tiered based on the number of active clients that you have. Here's the breakdown:
0-49 active clients = $399/month
50-99 = $599/month
100-199 = $999/month
200-299 = $1499/month
300 = $1999/month
301+ = $1999 + $8 per additional client/month
